Capture One’s unique Style Brushes and Presets, its unrivalled flexibility, and fast and logical copy-apply processing will for many photographers provide the comprehensive and extremely powerful workflow they desire for the highest quality outcomes. Capture One’s enlightened and accurate functionality also effortlessly integrates with other industry leading applications such as Affinity Photo/Designer/Publisher, 3DLUT Creator, DaVinci Resolve et al.

Session 1 – Transitioning to Capture One
  Capture One aims, objectives and version history
  Integrating new applications into existing workflows
  Navigating Capture One (Tool Bar, Viewer, Browser, Tools)
  Workspaces – organising custom layouts, tools and toolsets
•  Colour Management controls and readouts
  Tethering – live view and camera controls

Session 2 – Importing & Archiving Workflow
  Libraries/cataloguing vs. Sessions/folders
  Importing, naming, sorting, tagging, selecting, favourites, albums
  Keywording – standards, approved, categories, similes and filters
  Checking focus, exposure, clipping, cropping and selects
  Applying Presets/Recipes/Styles and Smart Adjustments
•  Importing Lightroom Catalogues

Session 3 – RAW Processing Workflow
  Base Characteristics – input profiles and tone response curves
  Sensor and lens calibrations and LCC corrections
  Noise reduction and input sharpening
  White balance, grey balance, black balance

  Guides, grids, cropping, rotating, keystoning 

Session 4 – Colour Grading and Masking Refinements

•  Workarounds for Capture One limitations

Session 6 – Batch Processing and Exporting Workflow
  Export recipes, multiple outputs and batch renaming
  Organising folders, selects, albums. favourites and destinations
  Copying & applying metadata and process settings
  Tokens and dynamic locations
  Enhanced Image Packages (EIP) – sharing/moving RAW data/metadata
  CMYK, LAB and Greyscale image support/editing/exporting
